Directors Resignation

Written on Tuesday 23rd June 2009

Two of Boston BID Ltd's directors have resigned in last two months, which has left vacancies on the board of directors.

Jude Meadows of Simply Yours and Warsops has decided that due to the time involved in running two businesses in Boston, she is unable to give sufficent time to Boston BID Ltd.

Terry Ball, the Boston Sector Inspector for Lincolnshire Police has been re-assigned to Skegness and it is therefore impractical for him to continue to act as a director.

The Board of Boston BID Ltd is sorry to see these directors leave but fully understands the reasons why each individual has made the decisions they have. We wish them both every success for the future and thank them for the contributions they have made to Boston BID.

Terry Ball's directorship will be filled by his succesor Inspector Phil Clark as a representative of Lincolnshire Police, who are a founder member of Boston BID Ltd. This does, however, mean that there is a space on the board for a director from the business sector. Any BID member that is interested in becoming involved with the BID should contact the BID Manager.
