Weedy West Street

In one of my articles in the target I advised you that I would be undertaking a street audit in West Street to see what needed doing. Having completed the audit the one thing that stood out was the amount of weeds that were growing in and around West Street. I am pleased to confirm that starting today a group of workers, which have been sourced through the Community Payback scheme, will be working in West Street and the surrounding area to clear away much of the unwanted vegetation.
